About Us
Brendan Cusack is the Principal of Cygnet Workplace Investigations, which he created in 2016 after 18 years working in Employee Relations. He has worked for unions and for employers in the public and private sectors.
Brendan has extensive experience dealing with matters relating to misconduct, bulling, unlawful discrimination, unlawful harassment, unsatisfactory work performance and other behavioural workplace issues. He has undertaken many workplace investigations in a range of industries including both public and private sectors, and not-for-profit organisations.
Brendan conducts investigations in a manner that is both procedurally fair and provides a substantively fair outcome. He is a highly ethical individual who treats all people in a professional and respectful manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Commerce (Human Resource Management/Industrial Relations)
- Certificate III in Investigative Services
- Certificate IV in Government Investigations
- Licensed by the WA Police as an Investigator (Licence Number 53677) and Inquiry Agent (Licence Number 53676)
